Customer satisfaction is our top priority and each query will be handled individually and to the best of our ability. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, in the event that it does not, please notify us immediately by phone on 01206 367333, or by email at sales@anna-belle.co.uk.

Please return the goods to us by insured registered post in their original packaging to: Annabelle, 87 Crouch Street, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3EZ.

We understand that sometimes you may simply change your mind about an item. If returned within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging and condition, we will be glad to offer a full refund or exchange. We recommend returning your parcel by insured registered delivery, although we regret that we are only able to reimburse the cost of posting if the item is damaged or faulty. Please note: we are unable to accept returns for Linie Rugs unless there is a fault.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time up to the point of dispatch. After this time you will need to refer to our returns policy.
